How does change happen in our lives? Does it come by a supreme exercise of our willpower? Do we want to change, and through the support of our friends and family, make fundamental alterations in our lives? The Bible teaches us that at the deepest level, change comes from the power of the Holy Spirit, implanted in us by God as an exercise of His Grace.
