Who Are You? The call of Advent is the call to: patience amid our changing world; faithfulness; the promise on which we stand, and; be shaped by the peace of the Lord. The world often has many new distractions. But only Jesus can satisfy the desire for something new. Every Advent we hear the call to slow down, be patient in the face of a frantic world, and focus on the peace that comes from the Word made flesh for us and our salvation.
