We should not think that God will not do anything other than what He has said. If God spoke something to us , He will fulfill it He can not lie and will do exactly what He promised. The church seems to be always threaten by what seems to confront who we are, which is the evidence that we don't know who we are. Once we become settled in who we are we are not threaten by anyone or anything. We must be willing to sacrifice our promise, a lot of us use our faith to get things then once God gives it, the thing gets us. The worshipper is never denied his request by God, when we change our mind about God. He can change everything in our lives and what we thought was impossible God can change over night. Jehovah Jireh is not only a name of God but it's a place in God, where no matter what we need God will provide. Once God sees there's nothing we will hold back from God He will give to us whatever. We have a generation the must know the power of our God What are we leaving for our children, do they see us fasting, and waiting for God, or do they see us gossiping, they can hear us talk about how great our God is and then hear us whine about what we do not have. We live in the most exciting times in the history of mankind, Jesus turned the world upside down in three years with out a cell phone, the internet, video cameras, or a publication. He recruited a diverse twelve, then turns them around, and shakes the world. We live in a time when we have global relationships. And yet the church seems to be stuck in the past. We are the only fishermen fishing with out dated bait traditions have made the word of God of no effect. Its time out for Choir Days, and Anniversaries, and not reaching the harvest. The next generation need to know, see, and experience the power of our God
