There is God's words that immediately could be understood without must be experienced first. We dont have to be a robbery to understand God's word by "Do not steal". We dont have to be a killer to understand God's word by "Do not kill". But there are God's words that we need to do or feel it first then we understand the meaning, For example, we will not understand the meaning of "Forgiving" unless you are being hurt firstly. Likewise in the matter expressed gratitude. We will not understand the meaning of give thanks if we live with healty condition without feel ill. We cant give thanks when having enough before experiencing the lack. God's words will become a "knowledge" if they have never been done, but there is power if we do it with faith. Because of that, give thanks is one of example to implement God's words such an obedience to God's words. Therefore, there is big power in give thanks to do God's Words.
