In the beginning, God spoke - then saw. Likewise, when we hear God's voice, see it in the Word, and speak it in faith - we see it fulfilled. Faith speaks, then sees. Unbelief sees, then speaks. The tongue is a rudder, directing the course of your life. Faith is not passive, it causes us to surrender, then move/speak as He asks us. Unspoken faith produces nothing.
