Even while in prison, Paul is rejoicing because of the spread of the Gospel. Jesus is his focus and there is nothing that will deter Paul from his mission and from seeing the blessings coming even from his suffering. His passion is so great that he even contemplates the idea of dying and being with Christ! But, he understands that his mission is not complete and he must press on. Do we press on for the sake of the gospel, even if it hurts?
