The father of modern strategic study, Carl von Clausewitz, defined military strategy as "the employment of battles to gain the end of war." The internal struggle that every Christian faces is a war and to overcome the war we must have a strategy. There must be a specific plan we have considered and implemented to help us improve our chances of winning the battles with our carnal nature.
