Our capability to love as God loves comes from God. Only as God abides in us can we love as God loves. Our love for God is directly related to our obedience to His Word. The challenge is never to lose our love for God, which God defines as loyalty and obedience to Him. Many great men have lost their love for God as Solomon did and so too many leaders and pastors in our nation. We love what we value.
