Romans 5:12 “Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned.” (The context of Romans 5:12-21 shows that the idea of sin in this passage deals with the comparison of Adam to Christ. Sin in this passage deals not so much with the individual sins in the lives of people as sin as inherited from Adam. The actual sin of individuals comes from and through original sin from Adam.)
