Churches that make an impact know what they believe, are attuned to hearing the voice of God, and are comfortable with the flow of the gifts of the Spirit. The church is equated to a body with many parts all working together; each is important and vital for productive living. If we think of all the muscles and nerves necessary to play a musical instrument or throw a ball, we can see the importance of each part. We may not be aware they are working but we know when they are not.
