Today's text reminds us that when adversity comes upon the believer and we are tempted to doubt God, it is important to know that we have an expentant hope, an experiential faith and an expressive love by virtue of the finished work of Christ on our behalf. My prayer is that we take God's Word to heart and stand firm when life becomes more challenging.
