Lionel was raised the son of a Pastor in Western Canada. He is a graduate of Full Gospel Bible Institute, Eston, Sask., and was ordained in 1965. His early years were spent pastoring churches in Saskatchewan and BC. He lives with his wife Virginia in Vancouver and they have three children. He travels to nations with a prophetic and teaching ministry, especially equipping leaders to fulfil their personal purpose and call in God. Lionel first went to Japan as part of Team Thrust Ministries and the interdenominational Holy Spirit Seminars of '71, '72 and '75. He has since travelled in ministry ... often to remote places ... in South Africa, Malawi, Kenya, Uganda, Holland, Poland, India and Pakistan, to name a few. When Lionel comes to visit he always brings amazing stories of God's power and miracles in places that he travels to.
