The apostle Paul passes on to the Corinthian church the celebration of communion or the new Passover. When we take communion we look back to what Jesus did on the cross; we look into ourselves; we look around to experience this as family, we look forward to eternity; and finally we up to the face of Christ, our Savior, whose blood covers our sins and gives us righteousness.
