In Romans 3-5, Paul has been making the case that salvation is by grace alone, through faith in Jesus Christ. It cannot be obtained by our own good works. But then Paul anticipates an objection to his teaching: "If salvation is by grace alone, why should Christians still try to live a holy life?" This message, as well as the next two in this series, presents Paul's answer to this question.
