There are times when I come to the pulpit with my heart set on a particular message for which the Lord has prepared me. But then something happens. I don't know why; perhaps because someone who has a particular need has been praying for an answer; perhaps because what I prepared is something to follow what the Lord brings today. Regardless of the reason, I have learned to obey the Lord and follow His lead. That is what happened today. In my heart I know that someone needed to have their faith particularly strengthened today, and it is to that end that Holy Spirit led me as He did. Receive and be blessed by the richness of God's Word. And remember, a deadline is simply a line God crosses to show He is God on both sides of the line.
