The Story of God leads us through the unfolding narrative of the Bible, describing the history of man and woman and the history of God, the Author of history. Not only did rebellion spread from Adam and Eve to their sons, it spread from generation to generation. Humans were acting out in selfishness and violence all the time, so God decided to start over again, destroying all creation but preserving life through pairs of animals and one man who found favor in God's eyes: Noah.
