If we so foolhardily and arrogantly approach the throne of Grace with the wrong attitude, motive and reverence, is it any wonder we so blindly oppose that which is right (Biblically and Scripturally) and embrace that which is wrong. Self is what got us into the sin we're in, and ONLY Christ [Him Crucified] can get us out - but He is more than able!
