In 1998 I was asked to travel to Tartarstan, Russia to teach Christian leaders about the Holy Spirit and more truth concerning the salvation plan. It was such a blessing to watch these people learn about things they had never experienced. We saw miracles, and many souls were filled with the Holy Ghost speaking in tongues as the Spirit of God gave the utterance just like they did in the book of Acts. Today many souls are teaching and preaching what they learned during that special week in 1998, and local congretgations are expanding in many parts of Russia preaching the truth of Jesus name and the Holy Spirit.
