How do we stop doing church and start doing kingdom? When we ask why do we do the things we do? We come up with whole array of reasons that are just as peculiar as our behavior. I have come to realize that no matter what excuse I may try to throw out the bottom line is there are only three categories. Passions: Responsibilities: Associations: Westernized Church Culture has an infatuated relationship with our belief system or our brand of religion etc. etc. etc. which is mostly based on Knowledge fantasy. The kingdom of God on the other hand is an encounter with the power of the love of God. I. The Power _______________________ What if? We had this encounter and we got turned on to the power of God? What would that look like? Jesus gave His disciples a command, “Do not leave Jerusalem without the promise or blessing of God.” He was speaking of the Holy Spirit. He told them to wait. Don’t you hate to wait? Why?
