Pastor Ian brings the attention of the church body to its head, who is Jesus Christ. Christ alone is the loving, sacrificing shepherd whose voice we follow. Yet, by God's wisdom He has also given the church under-shepherds or elders. These men are to willingly and selflessly guide and protect Jesus flock of sheep.
