On this first Sunday of Advent, we will begin our adventure to discover what it means to invite Christ back into our lives and hearts once again as we prepare for Christmas. We will discover that in the midst of our busy lives and the consumerism that Christmas has become, that we need God now more than ever, and that God, as our creator is the potter, and we are the clay. What does that mean for us as we await Christ? Do we need a wake up call?
