This Sunday we begin a message series from Mark's gospel that will take us into Easter, called King's Cross. One of the many distinctions of Mark's gospel is that it is almost perfectly divided between first half (the Kingship of Christ) and the second half (the Cross of Christ). We will journey to Easter by digging deep into the life of Jesus and what it means to call him Messiah, Lord and Savior. In this first message we will look at his baptism and what that signifies about the relationship of Father, Son and Spirit and what that means for the purpose of our lives.
