For some people, we always look foreward to our Sunday (or weekend) naps. However, as life goes on it gets harder and harder find time to get our desired and anitcipated nap. God also calls us to rest, but with technology and everything else it also remains difficult to rest as God commands and designed. We here about our rests across Hebrews 4 and as Matthew 11:28 says we must "Come." Come is an actions word, meaning we must first move ourself.
