We’re writing to let you know about an important update for our  ACH paying customers. 

To support improvements to our payment system, all customers who currently pay by ACH will need to DELETE their existing bank account information and RE-ENTER it. That’s it!

Action Required by June 9th

To avoid any interruption to your service, please complete the following steps:

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Log in to your Sermon.net account.

2. Navigate to My Account > Billing > Payment Methods.

3. Select your current ACH (bank account) payment method.

4. Click Delete Bank Account.

5. Click Add ACH.

6. Re-enter your bank account details and save.

This update should only take a few minutes, and completing it promptly will ensure your live streaming services continue without disruption.
